1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and CRMBuzz LTD ("CRMBuzz LTD," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of DMARC Intelligence, accessible at https://dmarc.dev.crmbuzz.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or accepting an invitation to the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.


2. Service Description

DMARC Intelligence is a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by CRMBuzz LTD that provides email authentication monitoring, analysis, and enforcement tooling. The Service includes, without limitation:

  • Collection and parsing of DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports submitted by ISPs, mailbox providers, and email security platforms to a shared collector mailbox operated by CRMBuzz LTD
  • Visual dashboards presenting compliance trends, sender breakdowns, pass/fail rates, and enforcement timelines
  • Sender enrichment and identification via PTR lookups, ESP identification, and IP geolocation
  • DNS record generation, validation, and conflict detection for DMARC policy records and cross-domain authorization records, verified against public DNS resolvers
  • A suite of diagnostic tools including SPF checker, DKIM lookup, DMARC analyzer, email header analyzer, SPF flattener, blacklist checker, MX inspector, PTR lookup, DNS propagation checker, deliverability scorer, and related utilities
  • Alerting and notification capabilities for compliance degradation, DNS status changes, and report receipt

CRMBuzz LTD reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. The Service is provided on a private-access, invitation-based basis; CRMBuzz LTD may decline to onboard any prospective customer at its discretion.


3. Subscriptions & Payment

Billing Cycle. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions begin on the date your account is activated and renew automatically each calendar month on the same day of the month ("Renewal Date"), unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Auto-Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize CRMBuzz LTD (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate on each Renewal Date without further action by you. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.

No Partial-Month Refunds. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. CRMBuzz LTD does not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused service periods, or any prepaid subscription fees. This policy applies to all plan tiers regardless of usage.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting CRMBuzz LTD at info@crmbuzz.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active and you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after the period concludes. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of fees already charged.

Price Changes. CRMBuzz LTD reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice of any price change affecting your existing subscription. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies. You are responsible for paying all such taxes associated with your use of the Service.

Payment Disputes. If you believe an error has occurred in billing, you must notify us within 60 days of the charge date. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, credit or refund the erroneous charge.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

  • Scrape or extract data. Use automated means, scripts, bots, crawlers, or data mining tools to scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Service outside of any officially provided API or export functionality.
  • Resell access. Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide third parties with access to the Service except as expressly permitted in your subscription agreement or in writing by CRMBuzz LTD. Multi-tenant MSP features are licensed for managing your own clients' domains, not for reselling platform access as a standalone product.
  • Unauthorized domain monitoring. Add, monitor, or generate DNS records for domains you do not own, control, or have explicit written authorization to manage on behalf of the domain owner. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to configure DMARC policy and reporting for every domain you add to the Service.
  • Attack or harm third parties. Use the Service, its data, or its diagnostic tools to conduct, facilitate, or plan unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, phishing, spoofing, or any other malicious or harmful actions against third-party domains, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Circumvent security. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, or circumvent any authentication or security mechanism.
  • Interfere with the Service. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service's infrastructure, or that interferes with the proper operation of the Service for other customers.
  • Violate applicable law. Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, or any export control regulations.

CRMBuzz LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.


5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our data collection, use, and retention practices.

Nature of DMARC Aggregate Data. DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports are a technical standard defined in RFC 7489. These reports contain only sending infrastructure metadata: sending IP addresses, message volume counts, and SPF/DKIM authentication pass/fail results per IP per reporting period. DMARC aggregate reports do not contain and are technically incapable of containing: email message content, email subject lines, sender or recipient names, email addresses of individual message senders or recipients, or any personally identifiable information about the individuals who sent or received email. By using the Service, you acknowledge and confirm this understanding.

Customer Data Ownership. You retain all ownership rights in and to the domain data, DNS records, and DMARC report data associated with your account. CRMBuzz LTD does not claim any ownership interest in your data.

Data Isolation. Your data is stored in a logically isolated environment and is not shared with, commingled with, or accessible to other customers of the Service.

Data Processing. To the extent applicable under GDPR or other data protection regulations, CRMBuzz LTD acts as a data processor with respect to any personal data you provide, and you act as the data controller. CRMBuzz LTD processes such data solely as directed and as necessary to provide the Service.


6. Intellectual Property

CRMBuzz LTD Property. The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, documentation, and other content provided by CRMBuzz LTD, is owned by CRMBuzz LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing herein grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or any CRMBuzz LTD intellectual property.

Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, CRMBuzz LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

Customer Data. As between you and CRMBuzz LTD, you own all domain data, DNS records, and DMARC report data associated with your account ("Customer Data"). You grant CRMBuzz LTD a limited license to process, store, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant CRMBuzz LTD a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose, including incorporation into the Service, without any obligation to you.


7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is." THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IRON MIND AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

No Guarantee of Results. CRMBuzz LTD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Specifically, CRMBuzz LTD makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of DMARC report data received from third-party ISPs and mailbox providers
  • Mail delivery outcomes, deliverability rates, or inbox placement for your domain's outbound email
  • The speed or accuracy of DNS propagation through third-party public resolvers or registrar infrastructure
  • The behavior, policies, or technical standards of third-party email service providers (ESPs), internet service providers, or mailbox operators
  • The outcome of DMARC enforcement decisions you make based on data provided by the Service

Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRON MIND AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF IRON MIND AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IRON MIND AI'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO IRON MIND AI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.


8. Termination

Termination by You. You may cancel your subscription and terminate these Terms at any time by contacting CRMBuzz LTD at info@crmbuzz.com. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Termination by CRMBuzz LTD. CRMBuzz LTD may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice where practicable. Grounds for immediate termination without notice include, but are not limited to, material breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or conduct that poses a risk to the Service or other customers.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination or expiration of your subscription for any reason: (a) all licenses granted to you hereunder immediately terminate; (b) you must cease all use of the Service; and (c) CRMBuzz LTD will permanently delete your Customer Data within 30 days following the effective date of termination. CRMBuzz LTD is not liable for any loss resulting from deletion of Customer Data pursuant to this provision.

Data Export. You are responsible for exporting any Customer Data you wish to retain prior to the effective date of termination. CRMBuzz LTD will make reasonable efforts to assist with data export requests submitted before the 30-day deletion window expires.

Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. You waive any objection to venue based on inconvenient forum.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, CRMBuzz LTD reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.


10. Changes to Terms

CRMBuzz LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that materially affect your rights, obligations, or the nature of the Service — we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or by posting a prominent notice within the Service.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date of the change in accordance with Section 3.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised.
